1. Leaking Seams: We will add a sealed strip of fabric along the seams. We turn the weakest point of the roof into now the strongest part of the roof. We create a Seamless Roof!
2. TPO Membrane Deterioration: This part of our roofing system adheres to your existing membrane. Adds a minimum of 18 years to your restore roof!
3. EPDM Membrane Holes: This coat bounds with the existing membrane filling in holes. Turns the roof into a reflective coat, that no longer expands and contracts.
4. Poor drainage on the rooftop: We will replace dysfunctional diverters and drains. If water is pooling, we will fill in the divots with roof coating. It will drain better than before.
5. Damaged Fasteners: We will strengthen one of the weakest points of the roof. We caulk both the fasteners and the washer completely. We then coat them with patented Elastomeric acrylic. This prevents rust.
